Josh Pemberton, Blog Scholar 2009

Josh Pemberton is a second year student at Selwyn College. Originally hailing from Nelson, he spent 2007 working and travelling in the United Kingdom, Western Europe and Canada before returning to New Zealand to begin tertiary education. 2009 sees Josh embark on his second year studying BSc (Hons) Physics and Mathematics.

A former footballer, adventure racer and speed walking enthusiast, Josh now lists his chief hobbies as playing petanque when the Dunedin weather permits, snowboarding, and enjoying warm Southern Golds with friends. Josh's family have strong links with the College, with 2009 being the fourth successive year in which an immediate member of the family has been resident at Selwyn.
